There was a bit of risk appetite in the markets on Friday as there was some positive data out of Japan and Australia to get things started and news that Germany may come to the rescue of Greece by helping purchase its bonds. That gave the Euro and other higher-yielders a bounce. The Pound remained pressured by the chance of a double dip recession while the greenback was weaker against the Yen.
