(Previously Recorded) Risk management is crucial when planning a trade. Stop-loss levels are meant to exit a position if the market goes against it a certain amount. Defining a stop-loss is to assess how much is risked, or potential risk. WThis helps us decide whether or not it is acceptable based on potential reward and available equity. We will learn some approaches in establishing this stop-loss level.
