		<description>Forexcrunch, we also saw US stock indexes hit a high around that time (10AM EST), and we have been retreating slightly there, so that probably had a bit to do with the stall in the rally in the EUR/USD and others. But for the most part the Dollar&#039;s major rivals have been able to maintain their gains as of 1PM EST.
