The European Central Bank left the Minimum Bid Rate at 0.75%. The hold comes as no surprise to the market, though future cuts can be expected. Whether the ECB will signal an upcoming rate cut, or other forms of stimulus will be an important theme to watch for during today’s (10/4) conference, where ECB president Mario Draghi will answer questions from reporters after an introductory statement.
