(Friday, 2/26/10, 10AM EST) The early part of this week was dominated by risk aversion as a result of weaker fundamental data including a drop in German business confidence and a large decline in US consumer confidence. That cast worries about the pace of the global recovery. The middle of the week features Fed Chairman Bernanke testifying in front of Congress while the end of the week will feature revised US GDP data as well as existing home sales. As always we will incorporate technical analysis into our session.

Friday (2/12) – 10AM – This week we will go over the developments with the Euro-zone and what EU officials have been saying and not saying in regards to an aid package for Greece. Also we will look at what Bernanke outlines as an exit strategy mid-week as well as take a look at Friday’s key releases mainly US retail sales and the UMich consumer confidence report. We will also incorporate some technical analysis to identify current trends and market behavior.
